Uh yeah no he wasn't Kevin Rain hasn't been in another fighting game since Garou (Card Fighters Clash or whatever DOESN'T count). And even if he had been, that's not a shocker, Ryu is in like 20 other games, Kyo in like 25, so it's not a surprise even if he was <__< You must not play fighting games much.

that is true, as they have many simularities: detailed fluid graphics, technical fighting system, SF has parrying while GMTW has just defense, released in the same year, taking place a generation after their respective games, and both are regarded as the best installments in their respective series

they say it is SNK'S Third Strike, probably because of the newcomers replacing old people, like dong hwan and jae hoon replacing kim kaphwan, their father after Freeman defeated him. or like kushnood butt replacing ryo sakazaki... also the graphics and the animations look more improved than in Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition.

It is difficult to say but whether U believe me or not Kyo Kusanagi is in the opening Garou M.O.W. Check number 00:25 and see the left side of the screen (The first person wachting the fight). If U still don't believe me because of the blurry image then watch it on the home system like the Neo-Geo or Dreamcast version.
