  • You made me hungry in the middle of 1.02 a.m.

  • Question regarding the bean sprouts. I went to an H-Mart (that's a Korean supermarket) and bought some bean sprouts that had already been prepared and I noticed it tasted fine but when you chewed it there was a part that was hard to completely chew. Is there something you have to do to the bean sprouts--such as boil them or steam them. I also have a rice cooker that has a vegetable steamer, could I put the bean sprouts in there? Thanks for the video.

  • @xiiaolovely thank you for the answer! You can check out the Korean grocery store section on my website, too.

  • the kimchi that u use, is it the ones that u make only??

the first time u make kimchi, it

doesnt start to have the juice right??

  • ahn young! I love this dish! my wife is korean and she makes this for me all the time. I mix it with bap (rice) and it's sooooo good!

  • I've followed your recipe but for some reason it just tastes like hot bean paste with water. I like for it to be really spicy and tasty but I can't seem to get it right.

  • Add more hot pepper paste then. You can modify the recipe according to your taste.

  • @Raymel187 maybe you could try using chicken stock instead of water... it'll be more flavourful.. but thats in theory though... havent tried cooking this yet. heheh
