@TheDrummerGuy101 You get those for different things that you do, either good police worker, or bravery. Most departments will issue them to you, but in the NYPD you have to request them, part of the red tape system they have in place. Nowadays there is too much worthless paperwork to do, to satisfy house mouses that sit behind desks.
Is that guy still on the job? When I was growing up he was a Sgt in the 33 and he had ma and a buddy of mine fill up another sgt's pick up truck with snow, cause he wanted extra weight....lol Now that I'm on the job I never run into fun sgt's like Rudy......He's the man!

Keep it coming it reminds me of home. NYPD #1 under the Sun man... My Dad and I get a kick out of these rare clips. 1989 you must have paid $ 2,200 hundred bucks for a video camera lol. These are surly priceless. I wounder if Murph scene any of these yet, I am going to let him know.
Not sure what the department may be authorizing these days as far as an American Flag goes.
