well thats good because that IS the purpose for peprallys.. but the spirit at the games.. which ive seen.. is extremely disapionting , ive never seen a cheer squad so wrapped up in stunts and jumps and nothing else in all my life. there is no deneying it.
MC chearleaders actually have amazing school spirit. I want to school there and even though i wasnt friends with a lot of the chearleaders, theyre all very nice, not snobby and always get everyone excited during rallys.
i second that! ive been doing compeition cheer and school cheer for seven years! saying your focusing on competion doesnt do this team a justice! practice obviously does not make perfect! this is a mess! the first herkie of the dance portion pretty much no one was unified, the middle stunt doing the twist up had to move a good three feet to catch the flyer and they have a lack of controll in their stunt group, then were the big mess is,
@marinacheerbaby right after that when all the groups are supposed to be coming back up , that notorious middle group misses the whole stunt!, and the right group ungracefully drops the flyer who for some reson stuck her foot out randomly, and the flyer of the left group is awefully unstable and flaps her arms up one after the other.
@marinacheerbaby then when it came to the whole group stunt, for one only the girl on the right did her back hand spring then the stunt group in middle of the stunt flipped her backwards and the two sides werent ready so she fell on her side base!
@marinacheerbaby also,it looks tacky and unprofesional and completely not uniform with that girl on the right throwing her arms in the air, right before they begin the dance portion. so this team does not have an excuse.if you preformed ANYTHING like this at your compeition , i would be willing to bet money you didnt win. i hope you improved on this ALOT before you preformed, or at least didnt drop anyone

Well, too bad you think so. But that's ok, cuz you're probably one of the very few. MC is a competition team and it's ok for them to concentrate a bit more on that aspect if they choose to. I will agree with you that their cheering for school events needs improvement, but don't think it was a team thing, think it was a captain thing this past year. Just remember, "different strokes for different folks". You do your thing (whatever that is) and they will do their thing!
i knew that i still think its boring . jamz camp sucks they use illegal stunts and have liabillity issues, im glad to hear you finally learning something new , but i still dont think mc has a good school cheer team , that works for compition but its about the players when your cheering for school and these cheerleaders arent rallying or getting exited at all their school sprit doesnt go farther than their outfits
TO: christacheer13...because you wouldn't know, let me explain. This is their competition cheer routine which they practiced and performed EVERY chance they got to get themselves ready to perform and perfect it when they competed in the JAMZ Nationals in Feb. 2010 in Las Vegas. Well guess what? THEY WON IT AGAIN FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!! I guess it's true what they say...."practice makes perfect"!!!!
wow... hahaha!! mc does the same cheer ALL the time! they came to my school and did this same thing as a last minute half time show.. except they dropped the flyer on the left... LAME!!!
Hahahaha Cheer Squads are a joke! I saw this squad cheering a 'Defense' cheer when their team was on offense.
I wasn't the only one who noticed too lol
