  • Does any one know when this plant went to Asia ?

  • I have the same exact jack in the box they are making in this movie, its still in like new condition. they can sell for almost 100.00 or more in excellent condition. i just cant bring my self to sell it, just turn the handle and your hooked again. I remember working in factories like this, these places kept America going , all we have now is dollar stores.

  • @1952kid - Yep, I have one, too. I found it at a thrift store. It works great. However, I do plan to do some cosmetic work on the clown. It appears to have provided many hours of fun. I have to agree with your sentiment, Kid; it's a shame about what's become of American manufacturing. With the right people in the right places though, one can always hope for a turn-around...

  • We had an identical toy. My brother almost lost a finger to it. I guess they didn't have much of a safety department. All he was trying to do, as a child might, was get the clown out of the box.
