Nearly 40 years ago, this song was right on the money. The parents who sat there and did nothing while their kids just did what they wanted, no matter how wrong or illegal, were to blame. Nowadays, however, that logic is completely unheard of. According to the parents of spoled, bratty kids, it's either the school board's fault, their friends' fault, video games' fault, or TV's fault.

So, to those parents, I say, "The blame game is over! You lose! Man up and take some fucking responsibility!"
