I'm in the early stages of a Bigfoot design my self...I'm going to use Dragon Skin silicone (with slacker) for the appliances. I want to have appliances close to the face with huge teeth beneath them, like Bakers POTA design. That way our actor can snarl revealing those nasty teeth. Not sure what to hair him with? Any pointers? Yak hair maybe? If we have enough time and money, I'd like to do a spandex undersuit with expanding foam muscles attached...
