its a falsetto voice... some people can do it different ways. its hard to explain, but when i do it i squeeze a very high part of my vocal chords and it just comes out. its weird at first but you get used to it. oh and i talk normal as does jonsi... you can hear him talking on the album leaf's - "in a safe place" record.
