Because here time counts and it doesn't matter who will finish first. The time counts since the car/bike moves from the line. GTR started about half second later than hayabusa and that's why at finish busa was a little bit ahead. But again TIME COUNTS and GTR was faster considering that.

Those numbers DON'T add up right. If the bike was doing 224kph and the car was doing 220 kph at the 1/4 mile and the vid clearly shows the bike leading all the way to the 1/4 mile, the car could NOT have reached the 1/4 mile in a faster time.

v=m/s, therefore s = m/v. Here m = 1/4 mile and is same for both drivers. Therefore if V(GT-R) < V(SuZuki), then s (time) is GREATER for GT-R.

There's noway GT-R beat bike to 1/4 mile with posted velocities.

The Busa is a beast in stock form. I sat on the back of one a few years ago and that thing ripped harder than 600HP+ GTRs I've driven and that's with 2 people on board. Of course, the car is better overall esp in the safety department, but for shear thrills and speed per dollar, nothing comes close.
