it all depends on the crew im a internaional flight attendant . that goes for any airline . that lady in the puyple is a bitch and rude and nothing more . self absorbed . lots of flight attendants are like that. sad to say really im not . welcome aboard.

At 1.20 the lady in purple was chatting away and behaving inappropriately , moving hands in the air? First impression? At 1.57The lady came round "headphones headphone?" like a train ticket lady it would b better if she bend down to PAX and say would you like a headphone. waving it around, could hav hit someone's head.

At 4.30 A quick chat?? At 7.15 Take ur drink! served not even with an eye contact. At 9.32 please pls We dont have much time, ER? WOO HOO THAI AIRWAYS! NEVA!

@ROXYloveswiss7 @ROXYloveswiss7 Yes, I agree. I can see that they're really not behaving properly. But sometimes, passengers are such a pain in the ass! Such as the guy who wants to keep his bag on his head only. If there are too many of passengers like him on on board, let's see how long can you control your mood, if you have a chance to work like us. (Btw, I'm not a Thai CA but I do know how it's like to deal with 400+ PAX with full services on a 2hrs flight!)

Yes, I know. The Thai Airways flights I have flown befeore were not like this. The services were good. I dont know why this flight is totally different from other Thai flights.

I think this was a mid-night flight, most of people sleepy, of course included flight attendants. Maybe next time you fly with Thai other flight you will get more smile lah~~

@adamandblue My Thai Flight was the same, all members of the crew didn't even crack a smile. When I requested a pillow before takeoff, it came right before landing.

some flight attendants chat all the time during boarding(especially the girl in purple dress). They didn't welcome and assist their passengers like I've ever seen on their promotional advertisement at all. also no smiles on their faces.

@USAIthaca THAI advertisment is actually better than their service..but they have improved..in the 1980S tTHAI flew old/dirty B747 and had awful service and inflight entertainment.

that wasn't the pilot, but long ago, Thai Airways's steward had uniforms very administratively, and looked like pilots. BTW The indian man at 2:52 is so rude, he wouldn't accept the alternative locker, but forced the FA to take out blankets. Indians and Arabs are very rude, but not all, some are wonderful.

The guy who's in the beginning of this video wearing white shirt uniform is not Pilot but he's flight attendant, That's old male uniform of Thai airways until 2008 and now they already changed

And the guy who was wearing light brown jacket, he's Inflight manager
