I have followed Mark Shreeve's career since the early Mirage cassettes, and with Redshift he (with various bandmates) is making some of the best Berlin School EM ever made. In fact he was the main reason I got into making EM myself.

By accident I have found Redshift on YouTube ... it is a nice experience! Typically electronic music based on the Berlin School. I will do further efforts to explore Redshift further as the music sounds interesting! Thanks for the upload.

Yesterday i discovered this music. It´s very interesting. It needs more melody but the colour of the contrapount is very god and the progression is not bad.

and that is used ONLY as a MIDI OT trigger kbd for mellotron samples ?

the kurz also is used to play Mellotron samples

i do not want to debate what is best analog or digital but

u can not possible deny that most of the magic in redshift music comes

from the bass riffs and sequences made on the Moog 3C modular

so how can u say Take that you analog purists ?

the moog is taking up in any RS song from 50 to 80 per cent of the work
