If he hit his 5 years sober mark, there would likely be no coverage. However if he was drunk and made a scene in a bar someplace it would be all over the tv, radio and internet within the hour.

Steve-o is actually making big steps towards sobriety according to his fellow Jackass members like Johnny Knoxville. He just said in an interview today that Steve-o is doing really well.

However, what most people don't know is how Steve-o's personalities change depending on whether he's sober or what drug he's on. In this footage as well as the other DWTS videos he is definitely on pain killers. I can just tell by how he's acting and talking that he's euphoric from oxycontin or something.

All I can say is that if you watch his documentary Demise and Rise he was taking EVERY drug imaginable and supposedly just stopped. I know from experience that there's no possibility that he just got sober and is THAT HAPPY right after already...hes taking something to help him
