Premium uses a Dorothy bearing, Standard uses a regular bearing.

Its premium. There's not much of a difference.

The premium ones can be a little bit more tempermental, for not much better play. I regret not getting the standard one. Go standard.

Got it Saturday its not bad, just the string slips alot, and it doesnt sleep too long =[ lube the bearing? :D

Use the dials to find a setting that will give you response you like and good sleep. It also has to be broken in.
