I also took Yatani-sensei's Japanese classes. I love the way he taught them. Rather than only teaching the language itself, he taught us cultural aspects of Japan, and we even did calligraphy of our favorite Haiku (he taught us how to do it traditionally!) He and his wife are very kind people; I'm so grateful to know them!
