Guess what - when we lived in Canada half of our money went to the government right off the bat to begin with - And when my grandma got sick she managed to go to a hospital - only for a few days until the cost was too much to be covered by the 'free' health care. We could not pay the remaining amount and ended up bankrupt in turn.

While as I feel that health care is important, stop being an ideologist - it will never be entirely 'free' nor 'perfect'.

This movie shows all aspects of life not just the rich of upper middle class. At the end of the movie that really happened here in Philadelphia. That march was from Broad and Eerie Ave. all the way downtown to the Mayor's office. If you don't know it was about 80 blocks. It was around 1996 or 97. I was like 16 or 17 when this happened. It got a lot of media coverage and cause our government to stop cutting programs and stop stealing money from the state that people really need.

Philadelphia had made budget cuts. So what they did was cut some of the State Insurance and this cause certain medications to be uninsured. Also some households were turned away from getting insurance altogether. There was another movie out as well that actually goes deeper. It was a documentary done about a woman trying to get more help from the state for families that was poor. At one point in the movie they were staying in a vacant lot.
