Well thats the in-game cursor, but if u mean the yellow spotlight it is just a little feature in my editing program (camtasia studio) so that u can see where ur cursor is much easier.

@Disakoify They are called Rogues and you befriend them just the same way you befriend normal creatures, except they are harder to ally.
