I live in a area where the house market "boomed" now there are over 400 homes being foreclosed. there aren't enough people in my town to pay for these homes. the idea that the people who weren't smart and bought a $400,000 home on $50,000 annual income should be supported by the responsible people is unacceptible.

Finally found a real good candidate on all the issues, Mike Huckabee is real good not another spoiled brat this guy worked for it and is on the money on all the issues the only question I think he should address is the property reassments I don't think that it was the people with the mortgages that goofed up but with the combination of the cost increases of fuel and the increases on property taxes at twice what anybody could sell thier property for.

a lender will legally do anything it can to increase it's income. they work with numbers, not with people. do you know how much they pay their lobbyists? i think the government should be more strict on how a lender can lend and i think the lender should be required to educate the borrower.
