I sure wish people would pay attention to what politicians actually do, rather than what they say! If they didn't allow any politicians to speak publicly at all during campaigning and all they could do was distribute lists of their history and accomplishments / faults - that had to be notarized and signed under oath. If there are any deceptions or lies in it they not only lose their position of office or ability to continue running, but they are criminally charged with minimum 5 yr prison terms.
The only employment that Obama cares about is UNION employment. It’s all about a return on the investment in money and manpower that they give to get him and his progressive allies elected. He’s smart enough to know that the increased costs for Unions means less net jobs but doesn’t care so long as they hold the power to fundamentally transform America. Senators Shuler of North Carolina, DeFazio of Oregon, Landrieu of Louisiana, Manchin of West Virgina, and Nelson of Nebraska have all voiced reservations, if not outright rejection; Harry Reid hasn't even scheduled the bill, while the president yells: "Pass this bill right now!"
Would LBJ have whined, "If you love me, you'll help us pass this bill."? Hardly. He would've busted balls all over D.C. It's pathetic.

The bankers deserve to be villified. They took the bail out money, but are stingy when it comes to lend out money. Small businesses need loans to get started or get through. The banks are part of the problem. Oil companies? Why does the Right have sympathy for these guys? You fight payroll tax cuts, but want loopholes.

I sure wish people would pay attention to what politicians actually do, rather than what they say! If they didn't allow any politicians to speak publicly at all during campaigning and all they could do was distribute lists of their history and accomplishments / faults - that had to be notarized and signed under oath. If there are any deceptions or lies in it they not only lose their position of office or ability to continue running, but they are criminally charged with minimum 5 yr prison terms.

The only employment that Obama cares about is UNION employment. It’s all about a return on the investment in money and manpower that they give to get him and his progressive allies elected. The stronger the Unions, the better footing he has. He’s smart enough to know that the increased costs for Unions means less net jobs but doesn’t care so long as they hold the power to fundamentally transform America.
