jeff99az. You are obviously not well versed on her judicial record and are basing your argument of minority favoritism based on her latest ruling, WHICH WAS AGREED UPON THE OTHER JUSTICES AS WELL. Learn the facts and then discuss, she has a good story and is well qualified. After analyzing her record, if anything she is very conservative in many respects.

can't believe this she'll probably be nominated. her past behavior and comments indicates she's an activist judge who throws out equal application of the law to give favoritisim to minorities. she's lying up there and trying to pass herself off as a moderate when instead she's very liberal.
