Funimation was the one that inserted a tiny joke about the Holocaust that wasn't actually a part of the show in Japan (That is, Americans made it MORE OFFENSIVE). Hetalia is not about war rather than showing political relations and history through satire. Of course, with the spelling and grammar skills you've shown, I highly doubt you are able to comprehend that.

@smukase I think you're missing my point entirely. Hetalia serves to explain some history and some political relations through comedy. Just because it starts off in WW2 (and expands in BOTH directions) doesn't mean it is promoting war. In fact, the tag line used on the English dub boxes is "Make Pasta, Not War!" It is actually very anti-war, making the viewers care for countries on both sides and not want anything bad to happen to them. Just because something is funny doesn't mean it's bad.
