  • this is great!

  • Wow, this singer rips it up in Misery. That song is bad ass. Havent listened to this band in like a decade.

  • Awsome!

  • i thought i was the only one who thought these guys sounded like tool....

  • this guys rock !!!!! i just feel in love jaajjaja

  • I am sick of people comparing them to Tool. Yes I will agree that the singer does sound quite a bit like Maynard at times but Tool as a band is more technical. I'm not downing these guys at all though. Both bands rock just as hard.

  • He would be an awesome deftones singer, but no one can even compare to Maynard. :)

  • The music SUCKS

  • even if they do sound like tool?? so what man they are still a good band.. if you dont like dont watch i never understand why people will click on a video they know they are not gonna like just to talk shit about it... kinda whack....

  • Only 13000 views man the world is missing out....too bad for them

  • Can Earshot fans even hear their music over their own crying about how anyone with ears notices how they try to sound like Tool? :D

  • does someone have earshot_epk_220

    please upload

  • does someone got earshot_epk_220

  • i was gonna say they sound like tool

    good either way

  • Fricken bad ass.. Killer tune...

  • I used to compare these guys to Tool when I first heard them, but now that I think about it...who the fuck cares? Honestly Earshot is a great band and so is Tool, both use different instruments, both use different sounds, etc. Tool and Earshot are not the same, but they make real good music and that's what matters.

From now on I'm not going to compare another artist to another artist...I said enough.

  • May not be loud enough cause Im definitely feelin this music, But this band is FUCKIN AMAZING.

  • It's obvious that Maynard & Tool used some sort of time travel trickery to go into the future and observe the originality of Earshot, then went back in time and ripped them off before they even existed. I can't believe no one else figured this out before.

  • hahaha, awesome

  • Either you though it was serious, or you haven't read your reply to it yet

    Here's a hint: I'm a Tool fan.

  • Lol well Earshot is good probably got some influence from Tool.

  • Agreed.

  • @mjs70 hhahahahahahaha

  • cumon its live...

  • not loud enough

  • this live ........lip sychning your stupid

  • great.

even though it's live, they sound like the album version.

very good job and nice songs, too.

  • i have 2 theories...

    1, they're lip sychning...

most likely, and i don't wanna believe it...

2, this is the session they actually recorded these songs during...

    less likely but more appealing...

so, i'm gonna go with they were lip synching, cuz this is note for note, tone for tone the radio version...

  • Sir u fail.

  • sir, you suck

  • dude this is live...cumon

  • Comment removed

  • It's a certain emotion.

  • how do you know its not vice versa.....second this is the only song where he sounds that way

  • thats like saying a country music singer trys too hard to sound like other country singers...cause they all have a similar twang

  • you can't compare them to tool cause tool is oldschool & Earshot is the present & future. but you can compare them to Trapt, Chevelle, or Breaking Benjamin. in opinion they all have one thing in common & thats beat & sense in music, the differences is the vocals.

  • i can compare them to tool all day long

  • they better than tool

  • I love tool. I love these guys too. but..

Hah, you guys needs to consider more than the vocalist. They might, MIGHT, sound somewhat similar. But as soon as you pick up an instrument you'll realize these drums are elementary compared to Mr. Carey, and the guitar is nowhere near as experimental.

They are at most the radio, emotional (not emo) version of tool. Still great shit, but nowhere near the same.

  • lol tool can be pretty emotional too. all music is emotional, but emo the genre just has a certain tone and sound that only whiny teenagers seem to like

  • con ustedes no se xtraña a tool

  • haha, tool my ass, still good sound though

  • i dnt giv a fuck wht ppl say...u want a tool replicate look at battling delirium...it doesnt get more tool-ish than them...n i love em for it..more music like tool the better it is for me

  • i love misery!

  • <3 i love u LOVE MEEEEE 3

  • they were one of the bands in the queen of the damned soundtrack, it was a great song

  • Tool

  • I am blown away. They sound just as good live, So happy the new cd is here.

  • Earshot is so awesome... And they're actually nice people, too.

  • I'm impressed with the bands dedication to the original recorded sound, my ear hears that this is not as commonplace as it should be - but the beauty of artistry is that is all about the interpretation of the observer making the item viewed(heard) special to that individual......
