I think addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are the most important. I guess fractions, decimals, percents, area and perimeter are good too. I don't see why I have to know how to subtract with negative exponents and then write the answer in scientific notation. "Scientific" is not always synonymous to "overly complicated". Also expanded form. Just write the damn number, stop trying to turn it into a multiplication problem or a fraction or division or an addition problem! Like, wtf
