Definetly not, they grow huge, well over 30cm.. I would get atleast a 180 gallon + tank. You can upgrade your tank as they grow however, just make sure they don't get stunted in the process.
could it live in a 3 foot tank by 2 foot high and it goesback about 1.5 feet

probably but you wont be able to have much scenery or other fish, the tank on the vid looks like a 20gallon
