  • Good video i was watching a guy on youtube who did some chiro research. He had evidence that stated if you did not train the part to at least 65% on the rm (14 reps failure max) the part never strengthened but he did say that condtioning and rehab work was need first to get to this point but not practiced as they were scared of being sued.so high rep work seems to be the way forward for previous troubled work and god no 1 rep maxes lol

  • same thing happens to my rotator calfs..lol

  • @grimmersnee That sucks did you have to have surgery on it ?

  • no, but stops me lifting heavy almost 3 months out of every year..

    Getting older doesn't help..lol

  • great title man :b

  • @somedudey0 Thanks

  • Sorry to hear about the injury but glad to hear you've built your lower back up to where it's not as big of a problem!

  • @CampbellFitness Thanks Brandon . It only took me 14 years to figure it out . doing the rehab year round makes a big difference.

  • @inspireself Agreed. I have a lower back issue and for the longest time I wouldn't squat or deadlift b/c I feared re-injuring it. I finally got to the point where I wanted to do something about it so I re-taught myself both exercises with just the bar. It was a slow process working up in weights but now I'm busting out PR's that are higher from before I was hurt.
