this film was epic when it was released. A 3D Horror picture. That's a genius idea and they really pulled it off well. the film is 10x better in 3D. All the deaths seem that bit more epic and the characters just "jump off" the screen really giving the effect that your too are part of the movie. the movie in 2D is ok, but 3D is what it SHOULD be in.

My mother took me to see this picture in 1982. I had no idea what it was going to be. It left a lasting mark on me. She insisted that I take off my 3-D glasses when a girl got naked, but the murdering was perfectly fine. Good old fashioned American morals.

Friday the 13th part 1 through 4 are the best hands down-- Part 5 was good even though it wasnt Jason-- Part 6 was good too much comedy in it for me-- Part 7 was decent!! Part 8-- Jason goes to hell -- Jason X-- & Freddy vs Jason all of them SUCKED ASS....

i h8 the theme 2 the 3rd friday the 13th. the other themes r ok but this is not scary nd it doesn't have the famous chi chi chi ah ah ah  noise!
