Y d´ont like Dessay in Traviata, but Traviata are for a tipical absolute soprano with  coloratura but drama too and Dessay is liric colorature soprano and drama of Dessay in Traviata are not power.

The gown she wore is a copy of the one Bidu Sayão had worn for her legendary Traviatas at the Met in 1937. It's excellent to hear an equally petite soprano, though with a more coloratura and lighter voice, making a very beautiful rendition of this scene. What makes me particularly happy is that she shines perhaps even more in the subtle lyrical touches of "Ah, fors'è lui", what requires not only an able, but also an intelligent performer.
