Sometimes the solutions we need are right in front of us. LOL! Make sure you identify your sage correctly. The sage you're looking for is known as Garden Sage or Red Sage - commonly sold in garden centers every spring. Good luck! 15 years is too long to suffer!! Also, have you ever considered nutritional cleansing? Toxins can interfere with proper functioning of organs and systems. My website has information about how to do this.

thank you Wendy. I have Sage in my garden but didn't know it would help for this. I Love the taste of Sage and will try it. I've had hot flashes for 15 years, you'd think I'd already know about this already...would be nice if you showed a close up of the leaves. But it was great info , thanks.
