  • This is the first time I have seen this (we didn't get the show in Australia) and I am cracking up laughing. It is great to see them having a blast on stage.

Have absolutely loved this band since I was 6 and was/am Woody's girl!! Still would go there.............

  • ...coke on stage!!!!!

  • As a teen, I will admit, I had a poster of them on my wall....they did alot for tartan.

  • Alan - June 20, 1949 - 61 Derek - Mar 19, 1951 - 60 Eric - Oct 21, 1953 ( not 1955 )

    Les - Nov 12, 1955 - 55 Woody - Feb 25, 1957 - 54 Ian - Aug 22, 1958 - 52

Pat - Mar 31, 1958 - 53 Duncan - Dec 16, 1956 - 54. These are their ages as of April 1, 2011, some birthdays are yet to come this year. Eric was always listed in the 70's as being born in 1955, but he wasn't.

  • A lot of coke on stage that time.

  • what r all thier ages now?

  • why isnt anyone running up to the stage rippiing thier shirt off or a BIG KISS

  • I hail from Scotland, their music is still no1 in my music collection

  • that singer loves himself, what a tool.

  • @MrLawman10 I bet he got to use his tool and what ever Pussy he wanted at the time, who is the biggest tool you or him ?

  • @PaulBriden , good point but the amount of sexual high jinks he took part in does,nt disguise the fact that he loves himself and he is a tool.

  • Rather see the girls' heartthrobs than a bunch of hoods hollering and rapping about the streets, hoeing, drugs, crime. At least they try to have fun rather than broadcast hell.

  • Wow...I'm not sure why the crew would start something like this. At first I thought it was dry ice but after reading a comment and re watching it, it looks like flour. Poor Alan my favorite.

  • Wait, I thought that cookie-cutter, bubble gum, corporate, soulless, talentless, musical acts were a 90's invention. I guess I was wrong. These guys are the equivalent of the Jonas bros today. They were probably assembled by a huge label and then marketed heavily to little girls and little gay boys all over the world, just like the Jonas Blows. I want my kids listening to good music that has a soul, no matter if the artist blew their head. Music is an art form and these guys are a stain.

  • @jeffersontool nope, these guys were formed in the suburbs of scotland and were picked up by a label, they were a few hit wonder that had fanatic fans, the song saturday night is a kickass song even before i knew whoese guys were

  • @jeffersontool Man, they were a band- my brother in law played with them

  • @David44763 Who was your brother in law?

  • @deanajandeny65 Hi, his name is Bill Simpson. The band he was in played curtain raisers for BCRs just before they finally made it.

  • @jeffersontool You said: 'Wait, I thought that cookie-cutter, bubble gum, corporate, soulless, talentless, musical acts were a 90's invention' It was a 60s invention: The Monkeys! Regardless, these guys were a band unlike the souless shite you talk about. I like your point- but your misguided on this one.. Rok n' Roll baby- keep up the rage

  • I remember when BSR first came out a friend of mine told me the BSR were going to be bigger than the Beatles. I told him he was nuts. I was right. :P

  • i never saw this one until now. i really think it's cute(showing the guys having fun) i really enjoyed watching it alot.

  • Oh my god, poor Alan XD Les is really giving it to him (in flour?) and it's really quite adorable. I love them. Eric, *sigh*

  • can you imagine anyone making you scream like that? I'd love that feeling just one more time....

  • now you know derek was sitting back there loving every bit of this!!!

  • That was bloody hilarious! Who cares if they were lipsyncing, it was damn funny. Oh hell, I've just become 10 and squealy all over again...

  • @robinpoppy bah they were a real band

  • @David44763 Yes, they were a real band, however they were lip-synching in this clip -bless 'em.

  • Oh my goodness I am watching this in Canada - I have been living in Canada since 1989 - Les McKeown the lead singer bought a house in Torphichen my wee village (population around 500 people) I can remember is brother Ronnie going to the village shop and his Dad (his dad was deaf and dumb) and all these girls getting off the local bus dressed in tartan and heading to his house in the hopes of seeing him!

  • we were rockin to the Shang a lang sound of the music!

  • Thank you so much for sending this to me, Pam!! I love it and it brings back sweet sweet memories!!!

  • Fantastic! Just love watching this video always makes me smile! Thank you for posting it!!

  • this video is really great! i love to see how much fun they have! thanks for posting!

  • I wonder if Eric needs anyone to help him get that stuff out of his hair? Hey Eric, I'm not doin' anything at the moment sweety!

  • You need a hand sweetie? I'm free too! I was only thinking about going to bed, but hey, I'm not really THAT tired! hahahaha!

  • uuuh Catherine, you don't need handcuffs to get stuff off of Eric's hair!!! LOL

  • Handcuffs? What handcuffs? heehee!!!

  • One of the best clips I've seen so far! I'm still laughing! Eric looks absolutely adorable! And by the way, in case you're wondering... that's NOT me they're pulling off Eric! If that WAS me, they would NOT have succeeded! lol!!!

I LOVE it! And Alan really was/is a good looking man! Thanks for posting jeanw1!

  • Lilly, It would be the same with me and Woody! They would NOT have succeeded in pulling me off of Woody! at least not until I got a KISS! lol :-)

  • I'm hearing ya sweetie! That's why I knew it wasn't us up there on the stage! We wouldn't have given up so easily! hahahah!

Ooh... I think I'm gonna help CanadaNS get that stuff out of Eric's hair... she might need some help! lol!! I'll just check...

  • Gina I agree with you, there is NOWAY that they could have pulled me off of Woody at least without A crowbar. haha.

  • This is Great!! Woody is so adorable.. and Poor Alan, but he is such a Good Looking man just the same!!!

  • So funny, and yet even though they are throwing what looks like flour at one another the music is still magically playing on...:)

    Thanks for posting this!

  • I always wanted to see what happened next...now I know - Alan ends up on the floor. Too funny. Thanks!

  • Sweet Alan had it tough here, he often was the one they love to tease! Love it, thank you for posting!
