The whole car is identical to the mx-6. Very reliable as well as honda. Most honda's have shit ass blocks that cant handle high compression unless they are fully machined. I have a pgte Probe running a T60 under the hood. it will fuckin ripp thru any little WANNabee honda/acura w.e. Driver. KLZE Probes are fast but you can get a 1st gen GT way faster for way cheaper.

I mean it's a about a grand for a j-spec probe motor or you could just upgrade the turbo, exhaust, clutch, and intercooler for the same price and push at least 250hp and shit load of torque with the right tuning on a 1st gen.

my boi in west palm beach, florida has a 93 eg6 hatch with a b20 cr-v egine stock and runs low to mid 12's.. but of course the car is stripped and almost as light weight as it can possibly get and the driver is around 160 pounds and 6"11.. so it is possible to run 12's with a stock honda engine

tnr4life02, an H22A puts out 200hp and 161trq. That power in a light car is crazy, ALSO... if you put a B16 tranny on it... SHORTER gears. You will obviously get quicker... that's true because k20's have the i-vtec.. there are alot of different motors to run off of for honda and you can use them with pretty much anay tranny and internal part from the same series, b series motor can use cams from another b series same for k series.. i am plannin on gettin a eg hatch/coupe or ek hatch/coupe or a dc2 integra and either doing lls/vtec, itr swap, gsr turbo or b20

I have an EG Hatch myself. Like I said. I plan on doing the LSVTEC. In my honest opinion, the Type R engines aren't worth it unless you are going to just leave them alone. There are so many possibilities out there. I assume there is lots you could do to the probe but just the name sounds gay. I myself however like Ford though. If you want to be "Fast" Don't get the DC2 because that is a heavier chassis. Although they are sick with the ITR front end conversions.
