As for why he basically kills these innocent people...well, he's Akuma. He usually doesn't hurt innocent or normal people...but I guess his morals can be flexible.

@QuirkyGengar: Well the submarine feat is more difficult and impressive for a number of reasons. First of all, he's deep below the ocean, which requires him to hold his breath, but also, the lower into the ocean you go, the stronger the pressure is. This means he has to concentrate on holding his breath and keeping himself from being crushed by the pressure. Also, the water provides resistance and slows you down, so the fact he can generate speed with the water around him is another factor.

@WarriorBoy let me elighten you to oni's specials: gohadouken (chargeable, two hits when charged, ex is auto two hits, links from any normal) denjin gohadouken (same as fire hadouken, gives more stun) shin goshouryu (limited range but very powerful, lp version does at least 200 on full animation) tatsumaki zankukyuka (same as akuma's) senkuu goushouga {i'm calling it that for right now} (similar to senkuu goushouha, acts as cross up, easily combos into any attack) air dash, and... misogi.

@WarriorBoy ... all right so oni doesn't have the misogi we are used to, his version is more like honda's sumo butt slam. that is to say he jumps into the air and then comes down with that infamous chop. the attack of course easily crosses up with senkuu goushouga, easily counters most moves, is always considered an overhead, and does alot of damage. the air dash is exactly what it sounds like: a fucking air dash. his super is of course raging demon, BUT... it can be used in the air!
