  • When Jay first started singing I was like what the heck is dude wearing on his head now? Lol but really beautiful vocals on this. I like how he really went for the notes high and low. It seems often when he sings live that he doesn't completely trust himself to stretch his vocal range. This was very refreshing to hear.

  • 1 jerk who dislike this aint a love fool!

  • Funk personified this guy

  • My God, Jay Kay is not only flawless live, he makes it look so easy o_o definitely nabbing this clip for the favourites to come back and listen to again, well.. repeatedly. xD

  • good performance ....but jamiroquai without a bass's a bit flat.

  • @shiftymeister Accoustic version aren't supposed to have bass though. But I agree that jamiroquai songs have fantastic bass lines and in normal versions, they simply would not be the same without it. :) I like the simplicity of their accoustic versions too though. It shows a different side of the music, and it show that the band are flexible.

  • what a sick sick song....cant believe so many people will never appreciate this...well maybe i should think about all the peeps who do appreciate this!!

  • This is brilliant man, ty xx

  • Ask any one of todays pop super 'stars' to reproduce this and watch them fall flat. Takes more than 2 weeks vocal coaching to get here!

  • Great voice, great playing, great choice of style, great version, makes me have a great eargasm.

    I love Jamiroquai <3

  • the guitarist is so amazin', error free playin supportin by amazin' sound by mr jay-k

  • Me encanta esa cancion

  • All these comments are about jay kay, although i LOVE him i need to compliment the guitarist. Very funky, smooth and error free playing, deceptively hard to do. Good job to both of them.

  • qué bien que canta este tipo!!!

  • What's up with the Harpo Marx wig? LOL. Jay Kay is goofy.

  • A true artist.

  • Nice to see a different version. Always wonder why he presses on his abdomen? His Diaphragm for control?

  • truly exquisite timing reminds me of Miles Davis but with the voice, new song blue sky an inspiration to other passionate minds and hearts cheers Jay. Party on dude x.

  • wow,I really like this version, and Jay kay singing live is just as good as his studio made songs

looking forward to rock dust light star

  • he should do an album with acoustic versions - thats wonderful!

  • His live performances are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jamirosparro absolutely! :) Jamiroquai as a band are much better live than they are in the studio :)

  • Love Jay's voice, although I think the whole reason this song is so awesome is because it's so upbeat, and the bassline in it is absolutely brilliant. However, for an acoustic version, I've gotta give this credit. :D

  • Wow, It's so amazing that he's able to sing almost exactly like he does in the studio-recording, even in an accoustic version.

    Rock, Dust, Light, Star!

  • yups! And that's pretty rare!

  • @Nnniclas you mean he is a good singer, because he can sing Live the same as in recording sessions.

  • @Costinesuper Well, yes. My point was that you can find a lot of live shows with Love Foolosophy where Jay has changed his way of singing it - with a different choice of notes and such. But this version, his voice I mean, is actually quite similar to the studio recording from the A Funk Odyssey album. This is a brilliant performance by Jay, and I was pleased about his voice being so clean. His voice has such a high pitch, but you often think: "Oh no, he's never gonne make it up there..!" :-)

  • @Costinesuper By the way, sorry for my bad English!

  • @Nnniclas np, I don't have a pretty good english myself
