I can never agree about Jurassic Park being horror. Yes, it's a monster movie, but that, to me, doesn't make it a horror movie.
Samething with Cloverfield. Giant monster run amuck just ain't horror for me. Now, if they had more of a supernatural element, but I just can't understand others looking at that type of movie being anything but action/sci-fi.

I know how you feel about getting a dvd set in the mail and it's damaged. I buy all my stuff mainly from Amazon and they usually do a great job packaging stuff but sometimes things still get damaged. They are great though with returns, I have sent dvds back that have dents in them and they will refund not only your shipping to ship it back to them but they send you a replacement right away also. I'm a fanatic with my dvds, like to keep mine in mint shape if I can too. Great vid!!
Yes, happens all the time. I guess it's sometimes understandable considering it had to comes so far to get here, but when its damaged through carelessness, that really pisses me off. The guy has since contacted me (weeks after buying and emailing), saying he'll give me a partial refund. Oh, but I have to remove the negative feedback first apparently lol. I like the design of the Exorcist-box-set. I used to have a German version of it, but I sold it, because all the sequels are pretty bad imho. Got the original as a single instead. The box-set only had the new version of Part 1.

The Exorcist sets were more of a completist purchase, as was the Jurassic Park set. I'd be lying if I said the sequels weren't guilty pleasures though. "Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist" is a re-imagining of "Exorcist: The Begining". I heard they are very similar. Maybe even the same film just edited differently. I know they've got different directors.

@requiem417 actually dominion is what was left over of the orginal script. it is a very good movie modern horror aspects arent in it which was refreshing for me. dominion is what happened during the earlier years of the priests life with his first exorcism

Hi mate. Don't raise your expectations too high for Jaws 3. I thought 4 was better. Even the 3D gimmick is gone from the movie, but it's fun playing 'oh, that was a 3D gag, in the 3D version' A bad movie. Not a bad soundtrack though.

Great pick ups! I enjoy Jaws 2 just as much as Jaws. Jaws 3 is ok, but had I'd seen it in the theater in 3-D back when it was first released I probably would've enjoyed it more. Jaws The Revenge is kind of train wreck of a movie, so it's fun watching just for that fact alone! As for the Exorcist films....I only like the original. I saw the sequels once and that was enough.

when i bought flight of the living dead it came pretty well wrap it was in shrik wrap which made me thought it was new i was so excited until... THERE WAS NO DISC IT WAS JUST THE CASE!!!! it took 7 emails to get the saler to do something about it... (i only paid a penny but still i wanted the movie) he sent the movie "new" so he said and i got my penny back...

Great deal with the Jaws sequels in one DVD case! Overall I really enjoy the Jaws sequels,but after 2 they seem to get campy. But I really enjoy Jaws 3. Jaws the Revenge was ok.

Hey Justin. I agree on your thoughts about the Jaws sequels - the certainly did get more campy! Hmm, I'd say the Exorcist set is worth replacing the older DVDs, especially if you don't own them all yet. The set is pretty cheap in the US I think.

Definitely. They are great films - well, the first one is at least. Can't speak for the third or fourth. They are very different to most zombie films and the European feel to them is very entertaining. Worth getting in my opinion.

when i bought flight of the living dead it came pretty well wrap it was in shrik wrap which made me thought it was new i was so excited until... THERE WAS NO DISC IT WAS JUST THE CASE!!!! it took 7 emails to get the saler to do something about it... (i only paid a penny but still i wanted the movie) he sent the movie "new" so he said and i got my penny back...

naw they just never reply, come to think of it... but i bought it used almost new and it was wrap so that made me think they mistake and gave me a new one.

Haha. Jaws 3 and 4 are atrocious, but it's cool that you can get them all in one spot. Geez, man! I just got the Exorcist set as well. You really are psychic. Seems like everyone is picking up the Blind Dead set; I've always wanted that. Also, I think the two Jurassic Park sequels are fun, large-scale B-movies. Great video!

Hey man - that was my thinking to. The set was basically the price you'd pay for one film so I thought what the hell, might as well get all the films instead. lol, saw the Exorcist set in your update too. Blind Dead set is a great one to own. I agree on the Jurassic Park films man - they are at heart just big budget b-movies. :D

Hey Josh :D. Yeah man, The Jaws et is pretty cool for what it is. Don't pay too much for it if you do buy it though. The Exorcist films I need, so that boxset was a great thing for me to pick up. Great deal with the Jaws sequels in one DVD case! Overall I really enjoy the Jaws sequels,but after 2 they seem to get campy. But I really enjoy Jaws 3. Jaws the Revenge was ok.
I will have to trade my Exorist DVDs in for the boxset probably because of the two versions of the first film and special features. Is it worth trading the seperate DVDs for the boxset?
I really want the Blind Dead boxset. It looks awesome!!

Hey Justin. I agree on your thoughts about the Jaws sequels - the certainly did get more campy! Hmm, I'd say the Exorcist set is worth replacing the older DVDs, especially if you don't own them all yet. The set is pretty cheap in the US I think.

I fuckin hate it when my dvds come damaged . Exorcist boxset is very cool . I could do with getting the Jaws boxset cus i only have the first film & as you say its better getting them all in one for cheap.
I'm not really into the Jurassic Park franchise , i don't mind watching them on T.V. but i wouldn't buy them.

I like that JAWS set..I still want to check out JAWS 3 but part 4 i'll pass on. That set is cool though. Awesome Jurassic Park. I heard they plan on making a pt 4. I really enjoy all 3 of the JP films. Even part 3 i thought was good. Great boxset vid :-) Added to my Favorites.

as far as i know. there is very little info out about it. i hope it is good though. cuz the third one was just, eh, a lame excuse for a dinosaur movie, i did like the dinosaurs in it but the story line and script was lame. the first is my fav, the rapters still scare me in that kitchen. ill get back to you when i find out more about the 4th. cheers =)

Yeah, if it's fairly price it's worth a buy I'd say. lol, that's what I thought about the Jaws 30th anniversary - I picked it up and was like, WTF, there's nothing new on here is there? Yay, Jurassic Park is where it belongs :). Oh - what didn't you like about the covers man? Yeah, it goes under a few different names. Maybe it having 'Evil Dead' in the title was to cash in oh=n the video crowd when it was released on VHS, I don't know.

Hey Mitch. The Exorcist set is worth getting, especially if you don't have any of them yet. Oh, I could make up a story about having a run in with some thug, but nah, the explanation for my knuckles is far more mundane and stupid. I was always told by my mum when I'm angry to punch something soft - guess so me and my brothers didn't hurt each other. I've kind of carried that to being an adult I guess. I dropped something on my toe and went to punch a bike seat, but hit the metal underneath LMAO!

Definitely. They are great films - well, the first one is at least. Can't speak for the third or fourth. They are very different to most zombie films and the European feel to them is very entertaining. Worth getting in my opinion.
