I love the way you show your emotions to this piece. You played beutiful, but there is one minor problem you need to adjust, your not adding the right speed to certain parts of the piece. If you want my opinion, i think you should speed up a bit. You are playing it way to slow, the song has a tempo of at least 134 M.M. and its allegro in some parts and you messed up in as well in 3:09-3:13. So try to improve that as well
Thank you for your feedback! Don’t worry, but I play this nocturne never in the same way. Sometimes slowly, other times faster in the exciting parts, just as I feel in this moment emotionally involved.
At this evening my husband and I experimented in our studio with cameras, it was late in the night and I was really tired, so I played slowly. Indeed, my husband didn’t like to put this video on youtube, because of this mistake.
@kinderliederkiste I thought, it’s not so bad, because I played it live, like in a concert (we didn’t made any cut there, because we don’t have any technically equipment to do it!) and I feel human and not like a machine.
Other side you may be right, because I am a professional pianist and not like thousands of amateurs on youtube and should play it best way in our days.
Remember Cortot and other legendary pianists, which play wonderfully with “beautiful mistakes”. Today the pressure playing without mistakes is immense because everybody is used to hear perfect CDs. But in live performances they all play with a few mistakes (Michelangeli is an exception).
Well, I will play it another time with other inspirations and put it again on my channel.
