I suppose the gas mining is quicker because the control tower of the stargate evens out the pathing :o ... I didn't really get it, but then I watched again and saw Boxer add the control toward when diggity (the person :D) was saying this. Oh, but you probably knew that already, I reckon, if I understand your last comment correctly ... which I might :D

Micro and Macro is a short for Micromanagement and Macro management.. which are taken in economics.

Mircomanagement or micro is mean means to achieve short term goal.. In SC means your ability to handle your troops to eitier achieve maximum damage or take minimum casulaties

Macromanagement or Macro is long term goal.. In SC mean your ability to plan your strategy, which deal with your ability to tech, unit combination, when to expand , harass and attack.

i don't think that's entirely true, i think its more he wants to still be the guy that can do things no one else can with the units. as every one of his pimpest plays dictates.

i mean his tank/dropship play, his proxy building float to create a wall in his opponents base. he has a history of innovation that i think he is trying to live up to

he was able to macro very well this game when he actually started

Yes but it's his "job" to make the commentary "exciting" no matter how experianced/jaded the observer is. If it was all "We've seen this before" then why bother commentating? I've seen enough SC that nothing is "Oh, wow" anymore and I'm sure Diggity has seen far more then I.
