Have to say i like this version better than the one on the album. On the album the percussion is too dominant and it seems to be tuned lower. Not being critical both are amazing, Erik could take a dump on the guitar and produce better music than i'm capable of, thank you for your genius erik, I look forward to more from you in the future, keep it up!

100% agree with you, I write my lyrics based on images that are conjured in my head when I listen to music, but when I listen to Eric's music I picture very natural setting and earthy landscapes. In particular for this song I see a small creek flowing through a pine/red cedar tree valley on a partially rainy day (basically the North Pacific Coast). PS - the images for this song changes slightly as the melody/mood progresses.

its the tuning. its tuned to a G which is waaaay down from the standard E. its difficult to play with it that low and not get that string buzzing at times
