If a camera wasn't built to withstand a 10fps burst, it wouldn't be on the camera. Would I personally do this to my camera, No, but it's not going to harm the camera. Chill out.

It has a buffer of 121 full-size, high quality jpegs. In the video info, it says that this is using the smallest resolution and lowest quality.

I wonder if it even has a limit at this quality. Maybe just the size of the card.

I hope you don't hold down burst mode for 3 minutes very often. That's gotta be horrible for your shutter life
