This video was just created to tell the world about an area of trumpet playing that most non-musicians don't know or even think about. It wasn't to make any one trumpet player come off as the most educated high note guy out there. It was simply a journalistic piece. There are so many people who think of music or even trumpet playing on one level and I (not John) wanted to show the world a different side of trumpet playing. It was for fun.
@trumpathon You are the lowly in this respect. He's teaching you about something you know nothing about. I'm of course using "you" in the general sense. I don't know what you know or think you know about trumpet.
I do know that John happens to be very well educated, though.
