Afghanistan is all about the two P's....pipelines and poppies. That's what our soldiers are dying for. Terrorism was just the excuse. Prior to the Afghan war, a representative for a company called Unocal, one Harmed Karzai, was trying to broker a deal for pipelines with the Taliban. The US Gov. even brought the Taliban to Washington to wine them and dine them to convince them to let said pipelines through. They refused. All of a sudden they were the devil and war followed...sound fishy to you?
