  • Did someone say Lagos is a predominantly 'Christian' City?? hmm..you may want to check the statistics properly :) Anyways Nigeria and Lagos in particular has the most friendly, hardworking, curious, willing and probably most ethnically progressive part of the country. Lagosians appreciate other Lagosians that are hardworking no matter where they come from. We are very religious, know how to work & play hard. How else do you explain people that get up for work at 4 am, get back home 4 avg 10pm?!

  • looks very nice and friendly despite everything else ive heard about lagos. im actually happily surprised that you were safe, as white people, wearing american stars and stripes and cowboy hats. i mean if THAT didnt bring a bad reaction then they must not be as hateful as i thought, considering world opinion of the US is low (not that ive ever lost a second of sleep over world opinion).

my biggest question is what the kingdom centre had to do with it, isnt that a mall/hotel in saudi arabia?

  • Kingdom Center is a centre in Cowboy style in Sweden. A very nice place with activities, restaurants, hotells etc.

  • @mysticx0 lagos isnt dangerous, firstly its a predominantly christian city so there are no issues with the united states, dont believe all the negative publicity you hear its far from a xenophobic soceity

  • @mysticx0 1st of all nigerians dont even hav any reason 2 hate u, U must be thinking iraq or sumn.A lot of americans live in nigeria, matter of fact, on the street i grew up in lagos there were only 3 nigerian families everyother family was lebanese, phillipino & american. Contrary 2 wat u might think we dnt go around killing white pple..LOL...We hear bad things about america too..guns, gangs, police biased against blacks, but that dsnt define our opinion of u.Just thot i'd enlighten u a bit

  • LOL

  • Too bad on ur experience. Maybe you didn't plan ur trip well beforehand. You must have been to the ghetto side.

  • yeah ias in nigeria for holidays, you really sang well... i was so amazed u sang like a Nigerian.

  • aww i remember you now, u were the one singing i yoruba right?

  • Yes, thats right! Were you on the Holy Ghost Night, when we were there?

  • nice video, love it. however, i feel i must point out that you could not have met the king of Ogun. maybe Abeokuta which has a king, but the states do not have kings

  • good insight!
