  • Awesome! DobbyJunior loves it lots!

  • yeah^^

  • I love these videos! =]

  • I do think that the London landmark that will be destroyed at the opening scene of HBP WILL be the Millenium Bridge... I can't see St. Paul's Cathedral being blown to bits.

Didn't Thomas mention that the bridge was built about a decade ago and in the HBP opening chapter, "The Other Minister", I think it the Muggle Prime Minister said that the opposition was complaining that they weren't investing enough in the building of bridges or something... So yeah, it's quite possible.

  • I love these videos, just seeing the backdrop of all the films and seeing how beautiful they are are just so amazing. Hah, I like the fact that the "Forbidden Forest" is right next to a studio, LOL! That's so weird XD but awesome. Awesome videos! :]

  • yeah Lol but they have used many forest more recently bracknell and the Great hall set is actaully at pinewood but many of the other sets are at leavesden

  • Thanks for the videos. They are pretty amazing.

  • GOD!!! WHY!!!! Why do we have to wait until July???? AHHHH

  • When he started talking about the scene where the bridge collapses I was like "Yayy! Oh my god I cant wait till Nove-" and then my heart dropped again. Then I remeber, oh yeah. Its not coming out till friggin JULY!

  • He is fine!

  • ahhh i wish i can go to all those places :P

  • very cool, i can't wait to go on a magical tour!

  • ahh im dieing of anticipation.=D but i dont want to wait til frikkin july.=/

  • Yeah, of course they say that a bridge collapses in the book, but it isn't specifically the Millennium bridge, right? I'm not 100% sure that it's not mentioned, but if it is, that's a pretty huge continuity error.

  • It is just described as a bridge. So the directors really have free-reigns when it comes to deciding which one. I guess choosing such an iconic bridge was just to make it all the more dramatic.

  • But surely the Tower Bridge is ten times more iconic... and it has cars on it. Perhaps they just couldn't shut down that bridge for filming or something.

  • True... you're probably right, Tower Bridge has a lot of traffic and I think commuters would complain. Although in some ways I think seeing about 50 people plunging into the Thames could be more dramatic than cars. Similar to the scenes towards the end of Titanic in a way :P

  • You'd expect it to have cars since the book mentions that half a dozen cars fall into the river. Stunt drivers would be a lot cooler than just stunt men.

  • That was legendary :P

  • Great job!

  • The fact that they include the collapsing bridge is actually pretty cool! :D Contrasting to what Erfa90 said, there is a scene like that in the book. We don't see it, but remember when Fudge and the Muggle Prime Minister discuss all those disasters throughout London in the very first chapter? That would be it, I'm guessing.

Keep up the good work, Thomas! These videos are awesome!

  • Good job walking across the wire bridge near steal falls... it looks hard to do :P

I am soo upset about the movie being postponed but im sure it will be amazing.

I am very upset about the movie being postponed, but I'm sure it will be amazing anyway.

  • i can't wait... :D

  • The Millennium Bridge seems like something odd to have in the film, it didn't even exist when the book took place! If it's in they have to be careful to not mention exactly what bridge it is, and just have it be "a bridge".

  • Remember when Fudge is telling the muggle prime minister that the events troubling London were due to the wizards? He mentions the bridge collapse being one of them. The muggle prime minister got a lot of flack becasue the relatively new bridge collapsed. I'm guessing we actually get to see the bridge collapse in the movie, hence the filming taking place there.

  • yay! i can't wait for more!
