I have a similar situation here in Philadelphia. I have loads of evidence of the District Attorney colluding with his political and real estate/ developer friends who illegally dug up a contaminated site for a development project. I moved these conspiracy cases and others to the federal court where the state judges buddies are the judges, it's one giant cover-up after another the more corupt you are the higher you are advanced. Most ALL of the federal judges in the eastern district of California are from one local law-firm, the judge factory, they were also Fresno Co. superior court judges or the local court of appeals from the judicial island of Fresno CA.
