todo mal el anestesico no debe de infiltrarse tan rapido y ya debes de tener la cara de la jeringa donde se puede ver el cartucho y el bisel de la aguja mirando al hueso, ya quisiera que alguien te anestesiara asi a ti para que veas lo que se siente...

@pabloenlared I agree, normally, I would take approximately 2-3 minutes for an injection. The patient was numb already and I wanted to show basic landmarks for the nerve block. Addtonally, literature shows (JADA 2006 Steinkruger et al) that the direction of the bevel has no influence on the success of IAN blocks. Perhaps more importantly, is needle deflection (Malamed 2011 JADA), not bevel.

it does no good to aspirate if youre changing your needle direction like that! and aspiration is REALLY important if youre going to inject that fast!
