@Ringreader yeah it's just pain on my upper back from squats without a pad, not really used to it. but i loaded a shit load of weight and did squats without a neck pad.. so my shoulder blades are a bit sore from a week ago. and my knee somehow was sprained, from doing nothing at all dealing with working out. just living and walking around. i guess it had enough stress on it. and i might be getting a bit of inflammation in my left lat. i'm gonna start doing lots more stretching and easy training
@Ringreader thats a good training split. its good your doing shoulders on a seperate day because if you go straight from a pench press to a shoulder press your probably gonna fuck your shoulders up if you try to go heavy.
