Umm...since when was clapping okay? I mean he just read the Quran - Allah's words - people should be saying subhanallah not clapping....clapping is for praising people and the only one to be praised is Allah subhanahuwata'allah

My first time at RIS Conference and Knowledge Retreat and it was the BEST and full of blessings. One of the most memorable and blessed moments of my life. I will inshAllah attend next year too. May Allah bless RIS projects even more and spread it all over the world so that millions and millions get to benefit and enjoy. May Allah reward the founders, organizers, volunteers for their sacrifices and hard works.

Its true they shouldnt clap but never forget there was 20,000 thousand people and probably most of them were youth and raised here so they dont really know thats its a problem, just like when outlandish came, it was all halal but the girls were screaming which is not acceptable to me.

It was amazing how there was around 20,000 people and nothing happened and it was well organized.

I was there TOO!!!! I love RIS except the fact that people were abusing the "NO SAVING SEAT" policy. I think coming to RIS would really benifit them. It would Revive them on certain things like "NO SAVING SEATS!!!"
