@theapex81 Yeah...I just had a regular voice (not a drum voice) found the waveform I wanted from a drum voice and then assigned the waveform to the key range I wanted.
LOVE IT! Hey Bro I would love to do some of the same performance tracks and settings like you, but I have a Yamaha MO-8 and figuring it out has been a trip! lol
Despite some of the comments i LOVE how you handle yourself, always positive. And some people just don't get how important this style of music is. But anyways, keep up the good work man, and I'll keep following you on youtube and 'learngospelmusic' as "preachingtruth" :o)
@prasinginmusic Thanks for watching and the encouragement. If I'm not mistaken, I believe the MO 8 is similar to the Motif ES. You wouldn't be able to do what I was doing with the arps with the Mo 8 because I believe you can only use one arp at a time on the Motif ES and MO series.
Please keep watching and if you find my videos helpful please help support me by subscribing to my channel.
This Video isn't showing much of the Technology. Why don't you show some advanced stuff like making your own Arpeggio oder editing Elements (or show what all the Faders and knobs can do). That would be really nice.
@SiLeXnet, thanks for checking it out. This video is a showcase and was not intended to be a tutorial or walk through. BTW, there are already excellent resources online (videos, articles, etc) that show how to do what I was doing. I have in my plans to do a tutorial video of what I did here, but it will easily take a couple of videos to do that. Doing a video showing what all the faders and knobs can do would be very difficult because they can do so many things.
@dcool, I copied a bass voice that I wanted to use that didn't have more than 4 elements being used. Then change the keyboard range (Low & High). Then add the drum waveforms you want to your bass voice. I have a tutorial video on my list of videos to upload.
@ministeronkeys, I prefer the Yamaha pianos mainly because they cut in a live mix. Yeah, it's been awhile since I've played the Roland RD700 series though.
Man this was awesome. Great playing, and my kind of music. Let me know if you go into more tutorial-mode with how to set this up. I love it. Not sure about how to combine 2 voices into 1 like you did with the drums and bass.
Nice dude Real Nice!!!!!!! Where is that t9 voice found?

i'm wondering how you managed to load those drum sounds into a bass voice.... since drums are different kinds of voices than regular voices.....?
