@nicky19921 You can choose: Logic Pro (mac), Cubase, Ableton, Reason, FL Studio. But if you have one of those programs you still need to buy/download some synthesizers ;)

@nicky19921 yes. Synthesizers are virtual/digital instruments. If you want to make hardstyle you'll need a synthesizer for the kickdrum (the BAM sound), a lead (the melody) and you'll need samples. Samples are wav sounds of claps, snares and more drums. You'll also need a lot of effects for producing ;)

@djmcjons Normaly you can't be a producer if you are 13. Producing is much more than only download an illegal version of frooty loops, click a couple times on your mouse and you are a producer. To start with producing you need a headphone, monitors, normal boxes only to test if your work is ok on all sound systems.
