Am I against gays...no, but the point I am trying to make here is that the guy in the video is right on what he says and that this kid was not a hero to anyone. He should be deemed a disapointment if that. The only way I could see him as somewhat of hero is if he lived...plain and simple. Affirmative action is a program put in place to HELP blacks but what it actually does is create more racism in our society. Blacks aren't victims any more than anyone else in this country. Some black people don't get into college because of racial discrimination and there is fear for successful black people because of it. There's no need to draw a line in between races when we should be making sure that that line is nonexistent. Trying to uplift or favor one race over another just creates more of a problem. The intention of affirmative action is to help the less fortunate, but it's based on race. Race is no measure of how fortunate one is.
