this song is soo catchy, couldnt get it out of my head. i know they havent been on music shows for a lil while. but the song poped in my head so i thought it was time to find out who these guys are.
@MsMimo96 lol I just don't know where to place this song I mean I don't feel it's kpop or rock or even trot, it's already in my "undefined genre" until I find what it is ^-^
@crescendodream actually he did, but did not succeed. Rock vocal like him cannot compete with current korean music trend. and I am talking about korean rock. It's dying. There are few aging popular groups like boohwal or YB band still going, but it's a struggle even for them. As for the dude in sunglasses ? He would be better off becoming a comedian.
@AhoneBluesubzero You make a good point - even a very popular rock band like Jaurim is still overshadowed by all the idol groups. Although at least Jaurim and YB Band have been around longer than all of these current groups? I mean, they have a longevity that even a group like DBSK doesn't have.
@Hundomielle I think you misunderstand. Fan-numbers have nothing to do with longevity. Jaurim has been around since the mid-'90s (first gigging in Hongdae and then officially releasing their music in 1997) and is still going strong in 2011 with all its original members. Compare them with DBSK (a group formed in 2003 that only managed to retain all five of its members until 2009) and then get back to me. I seriously doubt that DBSK is going to survive on just two members for six more years.
