i dont understand why people have to hate on taiji, i do MMA its saved my life im a reasonable person i love myfamily i educate myself etc, there is no bad martial art only bad teachers really, martial arts is about improving yourself and defending yourself and to truly be a martial artist is something special, if you consider yourself to be a martial artist and posess the true spirit, then i will respect you regardless of style. stick together, elevate the martial spirit.

@ajaben i use his form for study A LOT.. my sifu sent me this some weeks ago.. you can see the energy moving out of his waist.. So many examples of people who are way too external on youtube.. Like me.. i'm too external :)

@ajaben I know.. i have an injury which also makes stiffness a problem. Plus i'm still internalizing it and figuring out how to kind of pull it in.. My Sifu learned from Grand-master Feng Zhi-Qiang and a BUNCH of others (Master Xu Wen-Zhong i also think was one) I'm hoping to meet master feng when i go to china in january.. but.. he's old. Might not be possible.
