For the first time in twenty years, I think Sinead has a real chance at a comeback. This is the first time since Lion and the Cobra that I heard a song and said: "WOW!" I think this song has the potential to be a big hit. If Mickey Rourke was allowed a second chance, maybe O'Connor is also due. It seems like both of them went through their meltdowns at the same time in the early 90's. Hopefully, like Rourke, she has finally conquered her demons. Her voice is just too beautifull not to be heard.

@saijey i have also been Sinead's fan for 20 years.Nothing could ever change it .In a way I grew up with her,well,with her art actually.i have admired her creativity,beauty,integrity and so on.I love that song too.i can't stand the wait.

@MrBooboo212 i don`t agree with that comment , melodically, is very originally well arranged, I cannot understand her lyric so much but when I`ll read it it could be amazing, i hear piano and some instruments well mixed, i say rthat cos' I`m musician and singer and i recorded in studio, i love the melody is very sensitive, abviously talks about her life, i know all about her, her voice i think is better than theology

Lyrically and melodically, this is one of her better written and most hypnotic songs in ages. The imagery is superb and she's often been at her best when writing a "story song". I am impressed by her direction, here ...

But she needs to lose that awful compression effect on the vocal for the finished track. I am assuming they will. It undermines the song. A nice wet, assured vocal with a little reverb and some trademark O'Connor/John Reynolds "layering" on that chorus would be S-WEET.
